Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use software sold by Sprout Tech, a sole proprietorship of Ijlal Ahmed registered in Karachi, Pakistan (NTN 5580011-2). By creating an account or paying for one of our products, you agree to them.

Our products

Sprout Tech makes and sells its own software products, currently Vulcaro, Invoice Gorilla, Silk and Build Alone. Each product may have its own terms and pricing on its website. Those apply in addition to these terms, and take priority where they differ.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.

Subscriptions and payment

• Prices are shown on each product's website before you pay, in the currency displayed at checkout.
• Some products, such as the Build Alone course, are sold for a one-time payment rather than a subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Trials convert to a paid subscription when they end unless you cancel first.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
• Some products use third-party services you pay for separately, such as AI model usage billed through your own OpenRouter key for Silk. Those charges are between you and that provider.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use our products to break the law, infringe other people's rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You own the content and data you create or upload using our products. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the product for you. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any material you upload or publish through our products.

Our software

We own our software, designs and trademarks. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the product while your subscription is active. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences.

Availability and changes

We work to keep our products available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve, change or retire features over time. If we discontinue a product, we will give reasonable notice and refund any unused prepaid period.

Liability

Our products are provided with reasonable skill and care, but otherwise "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use a product after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.
