This policy explains how Sprout Tech ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship of Ijlal Ahmed registered in Karachi, Pakistan (NTN 5580011-2), handles personal information on this website and in our products. A product may publish its own privacy policy with further detail, which applies in addition to this one.
Information we collect
- Account and purchase information: your name, email address and the details of your subscriptions and payments when you sign up for or buy one of our products. Card payments are handled by our payment providers.
- Product data: content and data you create, upload or connect while using our products, which we process only to run the product for you.
- Messages: anything you include when you email us for support or other enquiries.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure this website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To provide, maintain and support the products you use.
- To process payments and send receipts, invoices and important account messages.
- To reply to your enquiries.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations in Pakistan.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not send marketing email.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in to our SMS program, we use your mobile number to send webinar reminders and promotional messages as described in our SMS Terms. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except the SMS provider we use to deliver the messages.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers we need to operate the business (for example hosting, email and payment providers), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active, and correspondence and billing records for as long as needed and to meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements, then delete them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing iju@sprout-tech.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
