SMS Terms

This page explains the text message (SMS) program run by Sprout Tech, a sole proprietorship of Ijlal Ahmed registered in Karachi, Pakistan (NTN 5580011-2): what we send, how you sign up, and how to stop.

What we send

If you opt in, Sprout Tech sends text messages about:

• webinars you have registered for, including confirmations and reminders before they start;
• promotions, offers and news about our software products (Vulcaro, Invoice Gorilla, Silk and Build Alone).

How you opt in

We only text people who have clearly agreed to receive our messages. You opt in by entering your mobile number on a Sprout Tech webinar registration or product sign-up form and ticking an SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is never ticked for you, and you can register or buy without ticking it. Next to the checkbox, the form shows this text:

By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring marketing and webinar reminder text messages from Sprout Tech at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

We do not buy phone lists, and we do not text numbers that have not opted in this way.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the webinars you register for and the promotions we are running.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work. You will get one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt in again. You can also email iju@sprout-tech.com to be removed.

Costs

Sprout Tech does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy has more detail.
